Leah Crocetto, acclaimed soprano, took the stage last May for the final two performances of Sonia Frisell's iconic production of Aida at the Metropolitan Opera. As a result of her unforgettable performances, she received a prestigious honor at the Viennese Opera Ball held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City on May 10. Despite her packed schedule, which included flying back on the red-eye to mentor her DMA students at convocation, Leah's musical journey continues. This June, she will embark on a journey to Vienna to once again portray the role of Aida at the esteemed Vienna Opera Festival, Opera in Steinbruch.  Watch or listen to the entire interview below.
