The Lab Orchestra is a student-organized ensemble comprised of performers from the Butler School of Music and around the University of Texas campus. The mission of the group is to learn great music in a student led environment and perform a concert outside of the normal curricular ensembles at UT. Members dedicate their time for three rehearsals leading up to a concert. This is the inaugural concert of the Lab Orchestra.
