Organized with the purpose of embracing Hispanic history and culture, as well as encouraging students and performers alike to explore classical Hispanic/Latin American repertoire outside the western canon, the first annual Hispanic Heritage Month Concert aims to celebrate Hispanic / Latinx culture through performances of works that are often under-appreciated and rarely performed.
This concert is organized by Katia Osorio, an undergraduate bassoon student at the Butler School.
