Ya-Ping Chloe Lo, an acclaimed musician and composer from Taoyuan, Taiwan, boasts an exceptional musical journey. Her lifelong passion for music ignited an impressive trajectory, resulting in a Master's in Collaborative Piano from Taiwan National University of Education, under mentor Yeni-Lee. Advanced studies at Bard College Conservatory of Music and Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University honed her skills under notable mentors like Frank Corliss, Anne Epperson, Kevin Murphy, Allan Armstrong, and Futaba Niekawa.

Renowned as an exceptional chamber musician and collaborative pianist, Ms. Lo has captivated audiences worldwide with her profound musicality. She has had the privilege of performing alongside distinguished artists, demonstrating her exceptional ability to blend harmoniously with fellow musicians. Additionally, her talent has been showcased at prestigious music festivals, including the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara, California, where she studied under the esteemed Jonathan Feldman. Ms. Lo's passion for musical diversity has led her to participate in the Crescendo Summer Institute in Tokaj, Hungary, the Bowdoin Music Festival in Maine, and the Castleman String Quartet Piano Fellowship Program in Fredonia, NY.

Ms. Lo's musical abilities extend beyond performance; she is also a gifted composer, demonstrating her versatility in both Western and Chinese musical styles. Her composition "The Fantasy of Liuqin," premiered at the renowned Taiwan National Concert Hall in 2011, exemplifies her unique ability to blend traditional Chinese instruments into captivating ensembles.

Currently a Doctoral student in collaborative piano at the prestigious Butler School of Music in Austin, Texas, Ms. Lo continues her musical journey under the tutelage of Dr. Colette Valentine, Patti Wolf and Rick Rowley. In her role as a collaborative Teaching Assistant, she embraces the opportunity to share her knowledge and nurture the talents of aspiring musicians.
