Ian Wasdin

Ian Wasdin is an Austin, TX-born and based guitarist with over 15 years of experience. Ian is fluent in styles ranging from classical, jazz, rock, and everything in between. Initially self-taught, Ian would go on to study guitar with John Dearman of the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet, Dr. Molly Miller of Jason Mraz and the Black Eyed Peas, Dr. Thomas Echols of Austin Community College, and Dr. Dragos Ilie while attending The Butler School of Music at the University of Texas at Austin where he is completing his Bachelor of Music. In addition to teaching, Ian is an active performer and composer serving the greater Austin community.
