Joe Jaxson is a composer whose music challenges the familiar and connects with his audience while pursuing versatility in writing in numerous styles and genres ranging from Contemporary Classical to Cinematic Screen Scoring.

Graduated from James Madison University in Spring 2022, Joe is currently studying on fellowship at the University of Texas at Austin for his Master’s in Composition.

Recent commissions include the Allentown Symphony Orchestra, Shelburne Middle School Band, the Through the Bay orchestra consortium, and more.
