Longhorn Jazz Festival

Thanks to all for a wonderful 2013 Longhorn Jazz Festival, where composer and conductor Maria Schneider led the UT Jazz Orchestra in a sold-out performance. The concert was co-sponsored by the Butler School of Music and Texas Performing Arts.

On Saturday, April 12, 2014, the 2014 Longhorn Jazz Festival will feature saxophonist Joshua Redman with the UT Jazz Orchestra. The concert is co-sponsored by Texas Performing Arts and the Butler School of Music.

Stay tuned for registration information for high schools that will be posted in September 2013. Register early, as the high school portion of the festival has been full to capacity for a number of years.
